All  packages takes 5-7 days after shipping date to be delivered. Shipping cost is 30 SAR and you will eligible of Free If ordered over 400 SAR. products are well Packaged and we guarantee to delivered undamaged products. For the mean time we only ship to costumers in Saudi Arabia.

Exchange & Return Policy

Our priority is to ensure our customer’s happiness and we have created our return and exchange policy in support of this. If you are not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason and would like to return any item(s) for a refund or initiate an exchange of item(s), please feel free to Contact Us. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

Exchange procedure

Not happy with the one you bought? We have a lot more to choose from. We will accept exchanges on all items that were not purchased from any clearance collection. All we ask is that the products are returned to us in new condition; unworn, unwashed and unaltered. We will accept exchanges 7 days from the received day of our products. Please make sure you contact us within this 7 day window or you will not be eligible to make the exchange. To initiate the exchange process, please email us at [email protected] or contact us through Whatsapp and let us know your order number and item(s) from that order that you wish to exchange. We are here to help! Please note if cash on delivery is used, we don’t refund the amount and only will be  replaced with website voucher to be used for your next orders.3

Return procedure

Received damaged or wrong items?

We are so sorry. Let us make it right. We manually inspect all items carefully before they are shipped to our customers, however unfortunately errors do occur. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] or contact us through Whatsapp . To speed up the process, please include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question. Our staff are more than happy to assist you.
